We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team of experienced consultants and administrators in our Central Bristol office. From this location we specialise in the following sectors: driving / logistics, industrial (warehouse, production operatives) and technical / engineering.

• £22,000 - £23,500 per annum basic, DoE
• Uncapped competitive commission structure
• 24 days holiday per year (+ Bank holidays) PLUS your birthday off!
• Earn an extra day of annual leave for each calendar year you work, for up to 5 years
• Support to achieve professional qualifications (REC/IRP)
• Central Bristol office with car parking available - conditions apply

About the job

• No previous experience in recruitment is necessary, as we offer excellent training and mentorship
• Managing and building relationships with our large active client base and their key contacts
• Recruiting, interviewing and managing temporary workers
• Developing your business in the industrial sector - with a focus on quality over quantity
• Consulting with clients and candidates to provide solutions to recruitment needs
• Regularly visiting clients to gain new business and maintain relationships
• Dealing with Payroll for temporary workers and invoicing clients.

The right candidate

• Previous experience in a role such as sales, administration or any customer-facing role like customer service, hospitality, retail
• Excellent teamworking skills
• IT literate
• Ability to communicate with colleagues, candidates and clients at all levels
